Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North/Grapevine

Best property around. HAVE to give a big shout out to KAREN at the breakfast buffet. I am a titanium level member and there has never been anyone in all the twenty years that have been visiting marriott who has been as accommodating and sweet and a efficient as she is. What a top tier employee! Thank you for making our stay above and beyond.

We were stuck in Dallas after the Puerto Vallarta issue. We were able to get rooms for 13 of us in our party. They came to the airport to pick us up. Rooms were great! The next day we didn’t leave until 9pm. So they allowed us to keep our bags there, and bused us around the city like the mall. They picked us back up, allowed us to hang out around the pool area, and then shuttled us back to the airport for our flight. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but never a place this accommodating and the people there the last few days were so nice!

Room was a little dated but nice and clean. Good location. Friendly staff.

I've stayed at a lot of places in the area, and I really liked this place! first of all, every single person who works here is very kind and helpful. they have a good breakfast and they also offer a free shuttle service if you need a ride anywhere within 5 miles. Big shout out to Billy because he is super kind and awesome. This was in a great location close to both of the airports and right next to a bunch of food and the mall.

When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes because there was no one there. This man appeared, complaining that he was working on a holiday. He asked for my name, gave me my key, and that was it, like going to a gas station, the same terrible service. At breakfast, the same poor service, everything was empty. I don't recommend it.

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay. From the moment we checked in with Brandon to checking out with Kristina, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It was incredibly comforting to know that our stay was truly a priority for the team. The facility itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Every area we visited was spotless and inviting, adding to the overall sense of comfort and quality. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth shown by the staff made this a place we would happily return to and recommend to others.

Big spacious rooms but lack of detail, no vanity kit, robes, nor slippers to wear on the carpet. Please update the carpet. We had beers from The Library. It didn’t click at the time, when the bartender poured the salt from a salt shaker into the salt rim area that our dressed cup rims would have dried rice mixed with salt. We could have done without the rice.

Perfect location very near to grapevine mall. Just to complete last minute shopping before we leave. Clean and comfortable stay. Very good breakfast. Hot oats waffle pan cakes egg white sandwich potatoes and bacon. Very good one.
